While it is difficult to sell used upholstered furniture at a garage sale or yard sale, it is not impossible. To a great extent, it depends on the condition of the piece. Only consider selling if it is in reasonable shape. Here‘s a good way to gauge the condition: if the tables were turned, would you want to buy it?
It is no secret that getting rid of a used sofa or couch sleeper can be difficult. Upholstered furniture may not find many takers, especially when it is damaged, torn, or stained. It can be frustrating to think about the fact that you once paid good money for a piece of furniture that now seems to be of no interest to you or anyone else. Unfortunately, with the exception of leather, upholstered furniture can depreciate greatly with use. It is difficult to get rid of it, even when you´re not looking to make money.
If something spills on your sofa, it's important to clean it immediately. Allowing stains to set in the fabric means they may become virtually impossible to clean. It will always vary depending on the fabric and the material that has soiled it, but if you don't take care of it right away, you run the risk of ruining it for good.
This studded leather couch is so beautiful together with it's very well made. It is firm, but all of us (I got it for a separate sitting area off of our main living space, a place where my kids can hang out with their friends) like that! It's such a wonderful piece for a great price! Style is great, but the Copen blue is not at all how it looks in the pic! I expected a grayish blue, but this is bright teal. Even my pic doesn’t show the true color, so I guess it’s hard to capture in a photo, I love the style so much, I’m keeping it, but just be warned if you get this color!
