Selecting the wrong fabric for your sofa can be an expensive mistake. Make your fabric selection based on how the sofa will be used, and where you will be placing it. If you are buying your sofa for an area of your home that is heavily used, a delicate fabric or color would be destroyed even before you’ve had a chance to enjoy it.
This sofa placement isn‘t for design novices. As a general rule, you don’t want to place a sofa in front of a door because you don’t want to block it, and you don't want people to walk into the back of the sofa. However, if there's enough space and the back of the sofa has nice upholstery, this look can work very well. But it´s imperative that there be enough space to still have a comfortable traffic path. You also want to make sure to minimize any potential of visual obstructions. So if there´s any doubt, don‘t do it.
A coffee table should be chosen in a proper proportion for the size of the room and the sofa in front of which it stands. A large square room would look strange with a small, delicate oval glass-topped coffee table, just as a small room would be cramped with a large, heavy, dark-painted square coffee table.
Conventional decorating attainment says that ceilings, trim and doors should periodically be white. More often than not this is conventional. White provides an excellent, clean outline for your rooms, and regularly, it helps to make roofs look higher. White always looks considerate, and no matter what the bedroom, you know it's a best option.
